4. Application and Consent to Share Information

5. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an application or receiving a pre-qualification notice does not guarantee funding approval. All funding decisions, terms, and amounts are determined by our Funding Partners based on their underwriting criteria.

We do not warrant that any Funding Partner will offer or approve funding.

6. Electronic Communications Consent (ESIGN / TCPA)

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Diamond Bar Funding and its partners by phone, text, or email — including automated or prerecorded messages — regarding your funding inquiry.

You may revoke consent by replying "STOP" to any SMS or by contacting [privacy@[yourdomain.com]

Consent is not required as a condition to receive funding.

You also consent to receive and sign documents electronically pursuant to the ESIGN Act, and agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten ones.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAMOND BAR FUNDING AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to access the Site.
